We ship all our live Maine lobster packages directly from our warehouse in Lynn, Massachusetts, just outside of Boston (that's why our lobsters are always awesome and totally ocean-fresh). Our National Customer Service Headquarters are in Chicago (our sweet home), since Dan the Lobster Man was born and raised in the suburbs here.
